Why TITANIC Can’t Be Raised from the Bottom of the Ocean?
In 1912, Titanic was the largest and the most expensive liner in the world. Its weight was 143,000 tons, width – 28 meters, and length – 260 meters. Just to compare, the height of one 9-story building is from 27 to 30 meters. As it turns out, Titanic had the same width as one 9-story building and length as ten 9-story buildings. It’s hard to imagine such a size!
